A new day and after all the storms, there is actually some sunshine. My weight was up some over my last night's indulgence. My blood pressure was also up.
Several things I need to work on
1. Biggest meal of the day at lunch
2. Only breathe through nose when exercising
3. Switch smoothie to dinner
4. Eggs for me for breakfast, oatmeal with nuts for Jim for breakfast
5. No snacking

The weight gain is probably not from yesterday's meals. It is probably a result of shorting your calories the other day.
ReplyDeleteRegarding #2 (out of 4 ;) ): If you are exercising so hard you can't breathe through your nose, you need to back down until you can. Then push it a bit, then back down. It is an equilibrium thing. You'll find it. This makes your body work harder without sending out the stress hormones. Your body will work more efficiently and burn more fat this way.
