  1. Hey PJ -- Here's my log for today. You can see even I don't do it perfectly every day. Today's lunch was not up to par, but I had to get Michael right in the middle of fixing it. So I settled.

    Ex: Hi-Def Sculpt express with weights, 10,000 steps (spread throughout the day), rebounder, yoga, meditation (2 min)

    BK: Smoothie: banana, strawberries, spinach, almond butter, amazing grass, and ice water

    Lu: potato, olive oil, carrot, Luna Bar

    Sp: guacamole, flax crackers, button mushrooms, and chocolate almond milk!

    1704 calories in - 456 calories out = 1248 (just about perfect for my basal metabolism rate). Yea!!
